Return Process

- The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only for defective or damaged products. As we offer Cash on Delivery (COD), a refund will be issued to you in the same manner through the next available delivery.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
Non-Returnable Products
- Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products that do not fall under the categories of damaged or defective are also ineligible for a return or refund.
